  • “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
  • ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
  • ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE’’

  1. Parties to this agreement

This user agreement (referred to hereinafter as the Agreement) contains the terms and conditions of the use of PLYCONCEPT web service (referred to hereinafter as the Service) owned by CHESHIRE BOUND FAMILY TRADING, FZE incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates

  1. Use of the Service

    1. The Service is intended for private individuals, institutions and companies who live / which are located in the countries listed on the Service website.

    2. You must be 18 or older to order products from the Service.

    3. Everything in the Service, including images, drawings, sound, graphics and text, is protected by intellectual property rights and other proprietary laws and treaty provisions. No permission is granted to duplicate, sell or modify, any portion of this site and contained product lines

  2. Privacy policy

    1. Service Provider is committed to respecting User´s privacy. Service Provider is the sole owner of the information collected. The information is used only by us, except in cases where we use third party agents to perform certain functions for us, such as credit card processing, delivering packages and fulfilling orders.

    2. Service Provider does not transfer any information given by the User for third party for any other purpose than processing the order. We will not sell, share or rent this information to any other entity for any reason.

    3. Service Provider reserves right to transfer the information provided by the User to the authorities in the case of infringement of laws and violation of good practice by the User.

    4. Upon request and validation, User has the right to examine, change and delete information about him/herself from the register.

  3. Ordering and Payment Terms

    1. When an order is placed in the Service the binding sales agreement between the User and the Service Provider is reached when the User receives an order confirmation e-mail in which the availability and estimated delivery time are confirmed.

    2. In some cases, such as a pre-order of a customized product, payment must be received by the Service Provider prior to acceptance of an order. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to process an order without a prior payment.

    3. User must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

    4. Service Provider reserves the right to reject any order in its sole discretion.

  4. Product prices

    1. The product price is the price displayed for the item on the Service at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change at any time, price is binding at time of purchase, and acceptance of order.

    2. Delivery charges vary depending on the shipping destination and are quoted utilizing third party suppliers where required, and subject to change

    3. All the product prices and delivery charges are displayed in AED. And inclusive of UAE VAT at the prevailing rate

  5. Delivery

    1. Delivery times vary from product to product. Delivery time is determined by availability of the product and order destination.

    2. Service Provider shall not be liable for delays in performing or failure to perform this Agreement or any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labour disputes, war, acts or intervention by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or network failure, congestion, or malfunction.

    3. Service Provider takes responsibility over the loss and damage of the product occurred during the delivery if he or the driver is alerted immediately by the User during the delivery process of a damage. The User may refuse a delivery in this case. Due to shipping and delivery company policies all damage claims WILL BE DENIED if the User do not inform the Service Provider / the driver immediately that the product (s) purchased is (are) damaged at the time of delivery. The User should notify the Service Provider of refusal so that the Service Provider can anticipate the return and send out a new item.

    4. We reserve the right of replacement at our sole discretion

  6. Cancellation and returns

    1. Once processed, orders are unable to be cancelled, products are manufactured to order

    2. We reserve the right to refuse product return on a case by case basis

  7. WARRANTY

    1. Our products have a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers deficiencies; any production related errors, or quality of work or fixing matters. Exceptions to these guarantees are for fair usage wear and tear, improper usage, willful or accidental damage – from personal or environmental factors.

  8. Dispute settlement

This User Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
