Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. We don't deliver outside the UAE yet.

What it costs

• Dubai and Sharjah: free.
• Other emirates: AED 300, free on orders over AED 2,500.

The delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include 5% UAE VAT.

How long it takes

Every piece is made to order. Collection pieces are usually made within 10–14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), and we confirm the date when your order comes in. Custom work takes longer; your quote gives the date.

On the day

• We will be in touch to arrange a delivery time with you.
• Most pieces arrive assembled. A few are designed to go together without tools; the product page says which.
• Please check the piece will fit through lifts, stairs and doorways, and tell us in advance about building access rules, service lifts or permits.
• Please inspect the piece on arrival. If anything is damaged, tell the delivery team and message us with photos the same day, and we will put it right.
